- Combine watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add Mama Sita’s Sukang Iloko (Cane Vinegar) and season with Mama Sita’s Sea Salt.
- Mix well. Transfer to a container and chill.
- Serve cold. Top with croutons.
