- Saute garlic, onions, and mushrooms for 1 minute.
- Add the carrots, broccoli, snow peas, and bell pepper, and cook for 2 minutes with continuous mixing over high heat. Add the pechay baguio leaves and cook until wilted.
- Add Mama Sita’s Mushroom Oyster Sauce, water, and dissolved cornstarch. Bring to a boil and simmer.
- Season with ground black pepper. Remove from heat.
