- Marinate sirloin in ⅓ cup Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade for 1 hour. Set aside.
- Drain beef and fry in a small amount of oil until cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice, fried egg and pickled papaya (atcharang papaya).
