Beef Tapa


  1. Marinate sirloin in ⅓ cup Mama Sita’s Tapa Marinade for 1 hour. Set aside.
  2. Drain beef and fry in a small amount of oil until cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice, fried egg and pickled papaya (atcharang papaya).
