Tanigue Korean BBQ Style

A delicious king fish (tanigue) recipe that's sure to delight even the kids!

Instructions

  1. Combine sesame seeds, Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate the king fish in this mixture for 10 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry the king fish in a shallow frying pan or grill over hot coals.
  3. Make the sauce: combine Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade, spring onion, toasted sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Pour this over the cooked fish. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
