Sitaw Guisado with Pork

Braised long green beans are a healthy vegetable side dish that makes for a delicious entree too!

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in frying pan. Fry sitaw and set aside.
  2. Using the 2 tsp cooking oil, saute garlic and ground pork until brown.
  3. Add siling labuyo and bell pepper.
  4. Add water and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce.
  5. Add the fried sitaw and garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
