Pork Asado

Pork marinated in spices and Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade.

Tip: Slowy cooked until tender. You can also used this as filling for siopao.

  1. Combine pork, water, Mama Sita Barbecue Marinade, rhum, sugar and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
  2. Lower the heat and simmer until the pork is tender.
  3. Remove the meat from the casserole and slice thinly.
  4. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch and water mixture.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meat. Serve hot.
