Pinsec Frito (Crispy Wontons)


  1. Combine pork, carrots, singkamas, onions, spring onions, and egg in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the filling mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges with water.
  4. Bring to opposite corners together and press tips to seal.
  5. Repeat with the remaining corners to enclose the filling.
  6. Fry in hot oil for three minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve with Mama Sita’s Sweet Chili Sauce or Mama Sita’s Bottled Sweet and Sour Sauce.
