- In a saucepan, combine onion, ginger, Mama Sita’s Pang-Gisa Mix, rice water and papaya. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Add the fish and the cabbage, cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is ready.
- Add the pechay and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with patis and kalamansi or sautéed miso paste.
