Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, place pork shoulder, water, and Mama Sita’s Pata Humba Sauce and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring the meat occasionally to prevent from burning.
  3. Serve.
    Optional: Garnish with hard boiled egg, steamed Chinese pechay, and fried banana (saba).
