- In a pot, boil crabs in water until cooked. Remove and drain. Cut into half, and get 5 ½ cups of stock. Set aside.
- Saute garlic, onion, ginger and shiitake in oil. Add the glutinous rice and plain rice. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add the stock, sesame oil and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Stir well. Add the crabs.
- Bring to a boil and simmer with constant stirring. Cover and cook until the rice is done. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
