- Combine all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Roll the mixture two tablespoons at a time in 6” x 5” wax paper or aluminum foil.
- Refrigerate for another hour.
- Remove from wax paper and fry in hot oil until brown.
- It can also be made into meatballs.
