Grilled Lamb Chops

Tip: You can serve with fried potatoes for an informal meal or cookout.

Instructions

  1. Pierce lamb chops with a fork. Add Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix. Mash the meat until well-blended.
  2. Place in a shallow oblong dish. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
  3. Place chops on grill over medium heat. Baste meat with oil.
  4. Cook 4-5 minutes or continue cooking until desired doneness.
  5. Serve with rice, salad and pita bread.
