- Score the side of the fish.
- Rub the fish with Mama Sita’s Pang-Gisa Mix. Set aside.
- Heat oil and fry the fish over medium high heat. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
- Gently turn the fish and fry the other side.
- Place in colander to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
