  1. Score the side of the fish.
  2. Rub the fish with Mama Sita’s Pang-Gisa Mix. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil and fry the fish over medium high heat. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Gently turn the fish and fry the other side.
  5. Place in colander to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
