Tofu with Oyster Sauce

A simple tofu dish sautéed with Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce and garnished with spring onions.

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the tokwa until it starts to form a golden crust.
  2. Remove the bean curd from the pan and place in a serving platter.
  3. Pour Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce over the fried bean curd.
  4. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
