- In a saucepan, heat oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and tomato.
- As the onions start to wilt, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry.
- Increase the heat and add the Mama Sita’s Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix and water. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until the chicken is done.
- Add the long green beans, young tamarind leaves and green pepper. Cook until the vegetables are done.
- Serve with patis.
