- Combine pork, water, Mama Sita Barbecue Marinade, rhum, sugar and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and simmer until the pork is tender.
- Remove the meat from the casserole and slice thinly.
- Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch and water mixture.
- Pour the sauce over the meat. Serve hot.
