Pancit Canton

Chinese stir-fried egg noodles with veggies and meat. This noodle dish has become very much a part of Filipino cuisine.

  1. In a large wok, cook one recipe of Mama Sita’s Chopsuey.
  2. Add one cup water and increase heat.
  3. Add the pancit canton, cover, simmer and cook until noodles are tender. Remove from heat and serve with calamansi and soy sauce.
