Lumpiang Papaya with Oyster Sauce

Make delicious fried spring rolls with thinly shredded green papaya seasoned with Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
  2. Scoop one tablespoon (about 10 g) of the mixture onto spring roll wrapper, and roll tightly.
  3. Seal the edges with water or water/flour mixture.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden and drain excess oil.
  5. Serve with Mama Sita’s Sweet Chili Sauce or Mama Sita’s Bottled Sweet and Sour Sauce.
