Chicken wings coated with a Mama Sita’s Breading Mix and deep fried. Served with Mama Sita’s Labuyo Hot Pepper Sauce.

Instructions

  1. Cut each wing on the joint and scrape off the meat to one end to form a “lollipop”.
  2. Roll “lollipops” in Mama Sita’s Breading Mix.
  3. Deep fry over medium heat and drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve with Mama Sita’s Labuyo Sauce (optional)
