Banana Blossoms Burger

Our healthy version of the famous meat burger... that even kids will love!

  1. Heat oil and sauté onion. Add the puso ng saging and continue cooking for another five minutes. Add the Mama Sita’s Breading Mix, Pang-Gisa Mix,Liquid Seasoning and mustard. Stir-fry.
  2. Transfer mixture into a bowl and let it cool. Add flour and beaten eggs and mix well. Form into patties and pan-fry, until the edges turn golden.
