- Heat cooking oil and sauté Kangkong stalks.
- Add Mama Sita’s Garlic Oyster Sauce.
- When the kangkong stalks are cooked, add the kang kong leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve over hot rice.
